Mel has a Masters degree in psychology with a research
background in how adults learn computers. With more than 25 years of
adult education experience in a variety of fields including safety,
petrochemical, utility, auto manufacturing and driving, Mel has become a leader
in the fields of "Train-the-trainer" and "Attitude on the road and in the
workplace".
Mel has received national recognition as the executive
producer of 2 highly successful audio visual productions dealing with safe
driving. The programs are entitled Road Kill and are regularly
viewed across Canada on videos, and network television. Mel is an
accomplished public speaker and is in constant demand as a conference speaker,
trainer, facilitator. Mel is currently the owner of Attitude People
Inc.

Fun is always a key factor in his

sports, particularly soccer (not surprising given his Brit background) and is
